Sara Haines Brutally Mocks Joy Behar’s Age On ‘The View’: “You’re A Collectible!”

Sara Haines didn’t hold back on this morning’s episode of The View, where she brutally mocked Joy Behar‘s age.

The panel welcomed comedian Sebastian Maniscalco to the Hot Topics table to dish on his ongoing stand-up tour. However, Whoopi Goldberg couldn’t help but sing her praises about Maniscalco and Robert De Niro‘s movie About My Father, which came out in June 2023.

“Where can we see it?” Behar chimed in, prompting Maniscalco and her fellow co-hosts to point her to streaming services.

“I don’t know how to do that,” she admitted. “I go to Netflix and the rest of them. Is it on Netflix?”

Sunny Hostin explained to Behar that she can search for movies on streaming platforms, but Maniscalco jumped in to ask if Behar is “still watching DVDs.”

“Yes! I have a full collection of DVDs,” the comedian, 81, said, while Haines joked that she’s actually probably watching VHS tapes.

“Aren’t they collectibles at this point?” Behar asked, to which Haines fired back, “You’re a collectible!”

It’s not the first time The View co-hosts have picked on Behar, who has been on the daytime talk show since its inception in 1997. In a June episode of The View, Alyssa Farah Griffin shaded Behar after she revealed she was never told to “shut up” as a kid.

The awkward moment came during a Hot Topics segment in which the ladies were discussing whether they think people become less gracious and less diplomatic as they age.

“I was never told to shut up when I was a kid. No one said, ‘Joy, be quiet,’” Behar said, before Griffin quipped, “And it shows.”

The joke seemed to go over most of the co-hosts’ heads — except for Haines, who broke out in laughter. Griffin, for her part, quickly added that she was “kidding.”

The View airs on weekdays at 11/10c on ABC.
